One week ago we kicked off our March Jumpstart, a month long nutrition journey that will get us prepared for summer, competitions and help us set a solid foundation for success!!

FFCF members were invited to participate in a nutrition seminar led by our nutrition coach, Jessica Gutierrez. Flying Fortress CrossFit is now a Working Against Gravity affiliate and this was the perfect opportunity to introduce WAG and why we LOVE it!! We also had the opportunity to have Composition ID bring their ScanVan down from Houston and provide DEXA scans. We are so excited about these new partnerships and being able to offer our members these amazing services!!
