In this 40 minute class you can expect a 10 minute warm-up, 20 minute high intensity cardio workout and a 10 minute cool down. Classes are held Tuesday and Thursday at 5AM!
*This class does not require a beginners class to join.

3 Rounds:
AMRAP 5 minutes, with 3 minute rest between rounds
400m run,
then max rounds of 7 power cleans (115/75)
5 front squats
3 push jerks
