Completed 20.1 of the CrossFit open. I hope 20.2 has more lifting then 20.1. 95# g2o and burpees. 🏋🤕 I got 8 rounds In 15 min. That’s 80 burpees and 64 g2o in total. Was a lot of fun can’t wait for the next wod.
