WINTER NUTRITION CHALLENGE STARTS TODAY!

For 30 days we will attempt to reset our bodies and increase our fitness. From January 8th until February 6th we will partake in our Winter FFCF Nutrition Challenge. To keep it simple will stick to the Whole 30 concept: EAT REAL FOOD! Not too much. Prioritize sleep. This is a reset designed to improve cravings, metabolism, digestion and over-all health. These simple concepts outline the guidelines for our challenge.
6 week beginner Fortress Fit class starts January 22nd.
