🇺🇸 Complete them all in the month of July and to get a special Hero Month t-shirt AND support the Navy Seal Foundation!

🇺🇸 All workouts can be scaled 💪🏻

🇺🇸 Workouts can be completed off schedule and off site if needed

Starting today, you can ask a FFCF Coach to get you registered for $25 (the cost of the t-shirt you get for completing all 15 AND an included donation to the Navy Seal Foundation)!
