It’s almost time for MURPH! 🇺🇸 Here are a couple of details and tips to keep in mind for Monday morning!
🧊 We will have an ice chest of water and cold towels (yay!!!)
🚩 We are going to mark the mile turn around and should have American flags along the route as well
👍🏻 This is a high volume workout, please scale accordingly. We have multiple options for scaling. You can work for 20 minutes up to an hour. Be smart and safe!!
