Memorial Day

It is a tradition that on Memorial Day we participate in the Hero Workout MURPH to honor and remember all those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. Although this year is a bit different, we will still do the workout, but with a few guidelines out in place to ensure you safely complete the workout without injury. MURPH is a high volume workout and most of us have not had access to a pull-up bar and/or have not been working out enough to safely complete the full MURPH, therefore vest our not allowed and we will only be completing half of the reps. You can still run the full miles.
