I am sure you have heard Coach Kara say: “That was a FUN WOD” or “It’s going to be a FUN workout!” And “that was #soFUN!” I mean that IS what WE do: FUNctional Fitness! Yes, it is HARD…especially right now! Life has it’s ups and downs and we never know what is going to happen. How WE train in the gym (and out) prepares us for anything that comes our way. No, it’s not always EASY. BUT….YOU still do it!!! That’s why YOU are AMAZING! That’s why the FFCF Crew is so SPECIAL!! STAY STRONG! Remember to keep it FUN and enjoy the process of becoming the BEST YOU!!!
