As many of you may have heard, the state of Texas is now under an executive order to temporarily close gyms due to the outbreak of COVID-19. This order is in effect from Friday at midnight through April 3rd.
We will continue to monitor the situation and keep you updated as we make decisions regarding the gym. I want to thank each of you for your understanding during this time! Hopefully we will get this under control and we can resume our normal lives.
In the meantime, let’s all aim to stay as healthy and as positive as we can! We are in this together and will get through it one day at a time AND one workout at a time!! We are all lucky that we have had the opportunity to work with such great coaches at FFCF and I feel they have prepared you all for some great workouts at home!
