Join us in March as we will dive into a month long journey that will teach us how to set goals, really understand nutrition and how to implement it into our BUSY schedules while still ENJOYING LIFE! If you choose to join this program, you will receive daily guidance, at home/travel workouts PLUS additional support from our nutrition coaches!


+ Sunday, March 1st: “MARCH JUMPSTART” kicks off with a FREE Nutrition Seminar at 10:30AM and 12:30PM led by coach Jess. Sign up here for the March Jumpstart!
+ Composition ID will also be here from 11AM-1PM with the DEXA ScanVan
The DEXA Scan is the most reliable way to measure body fat, bone density, and lean muscle throughout your body.  The cost is $65 and is an add-on to the Jumpstart program.

+ Monday, March 2: You will receive your first daily guide and a bodyweight benchmark workout that needs to be completed by the end of the first week. This will be just one way to track your progress!
**You don’t have to be a member of the gym to participate in the program. The benchmark workout can be done anywhere! So your aunt in Ohio can do this too! 🙂
