Ready for some gymnastics?? Today is all bodyweight movements!! Don’t worry if it’s not your strongest set of skills…we got you! Remember that CrossFit is all about learning new skills, working on your weaknesses and perfecting the ones you already have. Get in the gym and let’s have some FUN!!
