Shout out to FFCF crew member, Michelle Goss, for completing the Flying Pig Marathon in Cincinnati. This wasn’t her first marathon, but it’s the first one she’s done where she used CrossFit as a big portion of her training and not as many long runs! She said it was her best feeling marathon and she was able to tackle the hills thanks to all the strength training. We are super proud of her determination and motivating attitude in the gym!! Not to mention the hard work she puts in as a nurse and mom to one of our CF Kids! WAY TO GO!!!!!
