The FFCF Crew is ready!! Join us after the 8AM class for games, food and your choice of beverage on the beach! FFCF Beach Day is May 18th at 10am by the volleyball nets. Bring what you want to throw on the grill, any apps to share, your own cooler of drinks and any games — volleyball, frisbees, slam ball, paddleboard,boogie boards, etc. We will bring a tent and a small grill. See you on there!
