Free Community Workout and New Member Shout Out!
Today we are hosting our FREE Community Workout! These workouts are a great way to show how CrossFit is a program that anyone can participate in and we LOVE introducing it to new people!!
We have a double shout out today! FFCF wants to wish one of our newest members, Jennifer Ellis, a Happy Birthday and congratulate her on completing her first 2 weeks of CrossFit!!! We are so excited to have you as a new crew member and super proud of all you have done in your first 2 weeks!!
4 rounds for max repetitions and calories:
1 minute of Wallball Shots
1 minute of Abmat Sit-ups
1 minute of Box Jumps/Steps-ups
1 minute of Rowing
1 minute Rest
