Min 1- 1 Hang Power Snatch (75/55) + 5 medball sit ups (20/14)

Min 2 – 2 Hang Power Snatch + 5 medball sit ups

Min 3 – 3 Hang Power Snatch + 5 medball sit ups

Min 4 – 4 Hang Power Snatch + 5 medball sit ups

*keep adding 1 power snatch every minute for as long as you can.

*Post score of total Hang Power snatch completed.
