Complete as many rounds as possible in 40 minutes of:
Run 400 m
3 rope ascents, 15-ft. rope
Run 400 m
15 clapping push-ups

THE HEAT IS ON!!! 

Texas heat is no joke – make sure you’re properly hydrated before, during and after your workouts. Wear appropriate clothing and be aware of how you feel during workouts to stay safe!

Fortress Fit BOOTCAMP classes meet Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at 6PM. Check it out or tell a friend!!

CrossFit Kids Summer session meets Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-10:30 AM

Starting July 16 we will be suspending the 11:30 time slot through the end of August.
We hope to be able to start this mid-day class again in September.

Class times will be:
Monday through Friday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM

Every Friday is R.E.D Shirt Friday! Remember to wear a red shirt!
