Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 pull-ups
10 sumo deadlift high pulls (95/65)

Starting July 16 we will be suspending the 11:30 time slot through the end of August.
We hope to be able to start this mid-day class again in September.
Class times will be:
Monday through Friday: 5 AM, 6 AM, 8 AM, 4 PM, 5 PM, 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM
Fortress Fit BOOTCAMP classes meet Monday, Tuesday & Thursday at either 8AM or 6PM. Check it out or tell a friend!!
